Is there a better source to refer to for checking processing times at the Service Centers other than the links they provide? They don't appear up to date.

I think the Immigration Timelines on this website give the most accurate impression.

Correct, go to the timelines here on VJ and filter for Philippines in the advanced view, they will give you the best estimate of processing times.

I used the timelines to give me an estimate of 196 days from NOA 2 to our visa interview in Guangzhou China.

This is why people are encouraged to do their timelines. timeline.gif

The processing times on the USCIS website will always show 6 months for I-129F cases, this is their way of saying wait 6 months before contacting them about your case.
