This morning I handed in my Saskatchewan, Canada license to receive a Oregon license!
I was so relieved that all I needed to do was take the computerized knowledge test and they gave me an OR license that is valid until 2014!! So, I am set and they didn't even ask me for proof of work papers, or didn't look at my fiance visa. It is very simple to get the license, they even said that they had a person from Germany get their license yesterday and it was the same deal. But, they are changing their rules before 2008, so I don't know how easy it will be to get a license after that change. Ah well, I'm legal, so I don't care!
