Quick Question my Brother is going to be a Co sponsor for us , the question is this I have two Children from a previous marriage that live with me . Would he have to count them when figuring the 125% of poverty level or does he just count my wife . The kids natural mother is still alive so if anything happened to me they would go to her thanks

Your brother will be sponsoring only the visa appliant. The visa applicant is the only person who needs a sponsor.
