Getting close to our K1 petition reaching Seoul and am looking for some guidance... Please let me know if I have this right, or am missing anything:

1. Petition reaches Embassy via DHL
2. Embassy sends Packet 3 to my Fiance (Here's where I'm getting confused...)
a. Can I fax a completed DS230 and a copy of my Fiances VISA to the Embassy at this point and then request an interview on-line? If so, does it matter if it's faxed by me or my Fiance? Would make more sense to me if she faxed it, as she's the only one who signs the DS230 and has the passport.
b. If this is the case, when would the rest of Packet 3 be sent to the Embassy? Or, does my Fiance bring it with her to the Embassy at the interview time?
c. The Embassy needs all Packet 3 info to review prior to the actual appointment?
3. She already has the Medical completed. But, normal process is just to ensure it's completed by an Embassy approved doctor prior to the interview right?
4. Then there's the interview, hopefully approval and then issue of VISA.

Am I missing anything?

Sorry if some of these questions seem redundant. I just need to understand all the steps and I'm a "list" person.

I just got done doing this. I sent your fiance a copy of the electronic packet three a few days ago. Once Seoul receives her package, they will send her an email with the electronic packet three. She can complete the 230 and fax it. I had my fiance fax it from Korea...there wasn't any problem. It doesn't matter who faxes it. I told your fiance this...Susie went to Lolo's Shop and had him fax it for her. Then I completed the online interview request. The following Friday, I checked and she had an interview date. We did all this on a Wednesday and her interview was scheduled on that Friday.

I had Susie complete the 230 before Seoul even recieved the package...I then checked DHL and found out when it was signed for, waited a day after that and then faxed over the 230 before she even received the packet three in the email. Then she checked her email the following day and she had three emails...packet 3, packet 3.5 and packet 4 from Seoul.

The checklist from packet 3 is completed and the rest of the documents are brought to the interview by your fiance.

Now we're just waiting. I gave your fiance my phone number if you want to give me a call...
