We forgot to put our case number on the 2 forms that we sent back from packet 3....Should we resend the paperwork???Can they find our case with only her name????Any thoughts....??

Maybe they can identify it by name, but I wouldn't rely on that.

If this were my situation, I would resend the forms. Just write a letter stating what happened and your reason for resending. Include that letter with the new forms. This method has worked well for others.
