We just received our interview date from the embassy, it’s January 23! But, there is a problem… On our NOA2 it says approval notice valid from 9/19/2006 to 1/18/2007, the interview is 5 days later!!! Do we need to apply to have our approval extended?

Hi Desperate Heart,
no worries, as long as they have the file your officer automatically extends the petition. I went through this process once before and the same happened. This is my second time around

Right. As long as they have your petition, you will not need to file an extension.
