Thanks everyone for your previous help. My question is ..my husband is egyptian and his passport includes 4 names , so there are only spaces for his first middle and last name on the G form. What are we suposed to do here?
THanks a bunch,
Kristy and Ahmed
Could someone give me an example of how to do it?

Give his first, second (father's) and last (family name).
For example this is my husband's name as we did it on the visa paperwork...

Also use the "other names used" section to put it exactly like it is on any other documents like his passport.

You're very welcome

we used all 4 on all forms. We just put the 2 "middle" names under middle name. He has a new last name now (being that in Egypt he only used his 2nd name as his last name, now uses the 4th name as last name)

Throughout the whole K-1 process my husband was Tamer, Dad's name, Grandpa's name, Great grandpa's name, Family name. His visa had everything on it. We put all the generation names on all the forms, I-129F and the G forms.
But, when he got to the US and he went to get his social security card, they made him pick one middle name. So, in the US, for SS and for the AOS, he's just Tamer, Dad's name, Family name.
