Hello All,

I appreciate if some one tells me what we should do. I became Agent now since my wife submitted the DS-3032 by email and entered into the system yeterday. and I sent the AOS bill on Novenber 7 and it reached on Nov 8th, 2006.

1. Next As a agent Can I send the Immigrant Visa Bill or my wife has to sign the bill

2. Form DS 230 I can sign as a agent or My wife has to sign as a agent. What document we have to submit along with this.

3. To submit I-864 as petitioner what all document we need to submit.

Cheers
Srinivlin

DS-230 is the actual Visa Application and should have the applicants original signature. The beneficiary of the I-130 petition is the applicant now for the visa.

My husband (USC and the agent) signed the IV Bill and sent it off.

Click on the appropriate link for what is required for the DS-230. If the top link does not apply to the country of the applicant/beneficiary, then you are only required to submit part I along with a photocopy of the biographics page of the passport

Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants (applying in Albania, Canada, Lebanon, Philippines, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or on the continent of Africa)
When one is required to submit both parts 1 & II and all documents listed in the above link, the NVC reviews all documents and schedules the interview. Part 1 should only be signed not part II as that has to be signed at the interview stage in front of the conof.

Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants (NOT applying in Albania, Canada, Lebanon, Philippines, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or on the continent of Africa)
When one is only required to submit DS-230 part 1 and a copy of the biographics page of the passport, the consulate will schedule the interview.
