i called the USCIS number 1-800-375-5283, and went through the entire menu 20 times... i can't seem to find an option where i can actually speak to a customer service representative. However, annoyingly, many of the messages end with: "Please call this number again to speak with a customer service representative." I've been calling since 2:00 p.m. friday in atlanta, ga.
I'm so damn confused. I've been living in guam since i was 3 years old, my father's a citizen. I've been a permanent resident all my life. i received a fingerprint notification at march 2005, and got that out of the way quickly... why am i waiting almost 2 years? And why can't i even speak with a customer service representative, and is there website supposed to be that messed up right now?
The only case status i can find is the one online, and it just says that at january 2006, my N400 was moved to a service center in mesquite, texas. Is there anything i can do to speed up the process? Or heck... just talk to anyone about this?
