We are in process of sending AOS. I want to verify if im correct in sending the forms. If we need a joint sponsor the PETITIONER and CO-SPONSOR fill out the Form I-864 each and notarized right? Then they need to submit the Contract of Sponsor and Household Member as well together with their Forms I-864 to NVC correct?


I really need your input on this thing.

First, lose the term 'co-sponsor' from your vocabulary. It has no meaning here.

Then,
- if a Joint Sponsor, both the Sponsor and the Joint Sponsor each fill out an I-864.
- if a Household Member, the Sponsor includes the Household Members financial information on their I-864 and the Sponsor and Household Member jointly fill out an I-864A.
