if you are from the UK she could come on the VWP for 3 months and have treatment.... would cost $$$$$$$$$

She can not come here to live... as you would need to be a USC to file for her....

alibaba,

No, you can't bring her. But she can apply herself to come here for her surgery.

OP is Morrocan.

How is she going to pay for it would be one of the issues the Consulate will need to address.

She applies for a B2, see US Consulate web site for details.

If translated "I have conditional (2-year) GC and came here 7 months ago", it's workable.

But, the others are correct in saying that his sister can come on B-2 (or possibly VWP). Even if he were a citizen, it would do no good if he tried to sponsor her for GC in order to do surgery (I haven't yet seen any doctor say "you'll need surgery in about 12 years").

Definitely not the VWP from Morrocco.

Actually I a friend with a bad back, hopefully he can avoid the knife but might need surgery 10 years or so down the road.
