We are at the NVC stage waiting on them telling me they recieved or sent to consulte in taiwan.I read about more short cuts in speeding everything up some. Can we download this DS230 forms and/or anything else that would help. thanks for your advise.

Yes I did that with my fiance, so that the form will be ready to send to the consulate after she gets packet 3.

Yes, you can download DS 230 forms. But remember, DS 230 part I must be signed by the foreign alien spouse and DS 230 part II must not be signed now.

Ok I downloaded the DS-230 Part 1 and 2. let me asked afew more questions. Question concerning spouse information should be none if never married (RIGHT). and all following information concerning spouse is N/A.

What else did you send such as cover letter and all the certified orginals of birth certificate, divorce and annulment.

A good place to start is look at the example form. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-DS-230.pdf
Remember this form is used in all cases of immigrant visas, so some questions may not apply in your case.
