Finally!.......On NOV 6, 2006 we recieved our statement via email
from NVC our package is on its way to Manilla Embassy!!! : I feel like we are all race horses running that fast race of life. But Hey!!!.... we are on our last stretch
come on cuddlebug run.... cuddlebug run.....YEAH!!!!!
Looking at that finish line.....WOW Its in sight now!!!! My Prayers and thoughts are for all of us who are running the same race!!!

Will u please send me the sample letter of the NVC u got stating that ur petition on way to MANILA thanks

The visa petition you mentioned in your inquiry has recently been forwarded to the US Embassy/Consulate General. Please allow 10-15 business days for the Embassy or Consulate General to receive the petition.

Congratz dancing time

Im wondering why we (petitioner and beneficiary) don't get to received email from NVC about the status of our K3 visa. I did called NVC last week and talked to someone she mentioned that my K3 case was already sent to Manila Embassy.

Well I'm just wondering that most of the VJs here got to received email from NVC but not us unless we send an inquiry email....

Just make sure you put the following information:


Petitioner's Name
Fiance's Name
Case Number (USCIS or new embassy case number)
