Hello,

I know that the K3-Visa is a multiple entry visa. I was just wondering, what is going to happen with the I-94 in my passport when leaving the country? Will they take it out and I will get a new one after reentering? On the back of my I-94, there is my A# however there is a mix up in two numbers. I stated that on my cover letter for the AOS papers. Should I be concerned about the mix up? Or should I just leave it as it is?

Upon reentering, I do have to go in the normal visitors line because I don't have a greencard yet, correct?

I just want to be prepared. I am going to leave in less than two weeks.

Hi Anja,

I am worried about the same thing, but somebody wrote here some time ago just to make a copy of the I-94 and give the new I-94 you will receive on the way back to the interviewer. But - do you have the AP yet? Or don't you need it with a K3? You know I am still waiting for it (80 days have elapsed)...

Anja,

Make a photocopy of the I-94 you have now for possible future reference. It will be taken from you when you depart. It is, afterall, the departure portion of the Arrival/Departure Record, and you will be departing.

When you arrive again, you will start a new Arrival/Departure Record.

Thank you Yodrak and Anna. I will make a copy then.

Anna, since I have a K3 visa and it is good for multiple entries, I don't need to have AP. I keep my fingers crossed for you that you will receive an approval soon.

I have entered and re-entered the country multiple times since activating my visa. My I94 states it's a multiple entry. They Have not taken it just looked at it. Still intact in my passport from the intial entry.
