I just called today after 6 called I was about to give up but before lunch I tried one more and the lady on the phone told me NVC recieved on November 1 and mailed out on the 3. I'm so happy right now I'll go outside and do couple laps to calm me down.

Have you called them yet? NVC received my case on the November 3rd, 2006.
