Hi all,

I'm visiting the US tommorow for 3 weeks with my USC wife - we don't have the NOA2 yet from the CSC, and although I understand that it can be a bit hit and miss in terms of getting in, I am bring the following with me to aid any questions I get from the Immigration Officer:

- Letter from my employer confirming my expected return to work in the UK on the 29th November
- Copy of bank statements etc showing assets in the UK
- Copies of emails confirming my ride-alongs with a few Sheriff and Police Departments during my stay in the US
- Copy of email confirming my interview with a Colorado National Guard Recruiter during my stay in the US
- Copy of NOA1 letter to show that I'm working the legal route to emigrate.

If there's anything else anyone can think of please let me know good.gif

You sound like you have it nicely in order, you need to demonstrate ties to the UK, and the letter from employer should work.

Good luck.

A big one would be a copy of your lease/mortgage for where you live.

Just to let you all know, I arrived successfully yesterday and didn't need to show any of the above - the immigration officer was very nice, just asked me how I met my wife, when we got married, and if we were planning on moving to the US eventually.
