Dear All,
My dad passed the US citizen test and had his passport 4 months ago. My mom also passed the test in recent weeks. My brother is 16 yrs old now, and also has his own passport earned through my dad citizenship status. I am wondering if anyone could help me what form my brother needs to file to get his US citizen certificate? Also, does my dad have to file any other form as the petitioner so that my brother could have his certificate as well?
