Right, Ive a few questions if I may, and hope someone can answer if poss.
1- Do both G325a have the same Alien # for both USC and beneficiary. Obviously the USC doesnt have one, but for the purposes of forms and filing do we share the same one?
Ive not got mine (beneficiary) in front of me, so cannot for the life of me tell, and we are finally sending off our forms in the next day or 2.
2- Ive asked this already in the K1 forum, - how strictly is the 30 day passport photo rule enforced? My pic was dated 10 / 8 / 2006. By the time it reaches VT. it'll be 33 days old or so.
3- The same goes for my actual G325a. Mine was dated 10/1/2006. Is there a 30 day rule on that? Would an RFE/refusal(?) be issued for one over 30 days?
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

1, Your G-325A is for information relative to you, including the A number, if applicable. Your spouse's G-325A is for information relative to them, including their A number, if applicable. You are each the applicant for your own G-325A.
2. You may or may not get an RFE. There is no way of giving you a positive answer one way or the other.
3. It should be fine. I haven't read of the forms needing to be dated within 30 days of filing.

Thanks aussie, I was under the impression we'd both use the Alien #, but now I know its just for me. Thanks for clarifying and your quick response.
