I would hate to be someone who answers phone there since they make you ask the most retarded questions about 5 times per minute over and over again. What a headache.

30 wpm??? Dear Lord, a 10 year old can do that!!!

Apparently this is the normal time of year when the service centers hire - their contracts expire in September/October according to my senator's office. I can't imagine they are actually adding staff (that would make too much sense) rather than filling the positions of people who left when the contracts expired, but you never know.
