Hello VJ members,

My husband just got complete documents back from our lawyer, he applied I-130 last July 2005.
And in May 15, 2006 there was NOA that stated that my case has been approved, but USCIS lost my file, therefore our lawyer resubmitted and he got the new receipt number on October 23,2006.

Anyone ever have a same problem with me? what should I do? is there any way to expedite this process? my husband had appointment USCIS local office next tuesday, it would be help?
When my husband called USCIS, they said someone has been keyed it wrong at the tracking system.
