My mother wants to file 130 for my grandmother. When i called USCIS for what to be sent with I-130, i was told by 3 of 2 operatores that she also requires G-325A along with I-130 for parents as well.(law changed) i thought that was only for spouse only. Then i called again and third operator told me that it is not required to file G325A, any one has recently file I-130 for parents.?What should I do??Please help me out.
To the best of my knowledge, G-325A is not required for parents. You may want to read the I-130 instructions to see if there is/are any new changes.
