Hello All,

I know this question mat have been answered before. I received my I-864 package today. It categorically stated that it should be returned with the most current year tax return (2005). I have already gathered the ones for the last three years. Is it necessary to send all those or will the requested 1 year suffice. Will my embassy request the three years or they will accept what the NVC submit to them?

Any answers or suggestions will be highly appreiciated.....

You must send your most recent year's tax return (one year). However, you can send your last 3 years', if you want (it is not mandatory).

Thank you for the advice. U think the embassy may ask for more or they will accept what the NVC sends them, since my understanding is that the NVC tells you what to bring to the embassy after the completion of your case..
