You can use
www.photobucket.com to upload pictures and then paste the photo in a message or your signature line

Go and edit your avatar settings. You can upload an image from your computer or link to something online.

I made some changes but doubt it will work. Maybe need to reduce pixels?

Not sure on that.... can you attach your image to this post. It needs to be 100x100 pixels or smaller.
