I have a Questioned regarding DS3032 Choice of Agent Form. I have Received Yesterday from NVC its says that it has to be signed by my Wife, I did Faxed her a copy of the form and she signed and email me back. the question , did she has to mail the form or fax to NVC or also if she can email them , what is the email address for Choice of agent.

10/2/2006 Case approved NOA2
10/11/2006 NVC generates Visa Number
10/28/2006 NVC generated AOS Bill I 864 and DS3032
10/30/2006 I 864 Fee Bill send to St louis
10/31/2006 NVC received the Fees.

Choice of Agent form Send to wife Via Email and Fax she signed and send it to me via Fax.

Questions where should i send the email.

I mailed my form, but I was in the US at that time.

I think you should call the NVC and ask them what your options are.

for DS-3032 i had my wife email the NVC with our NVC case number as the subject of the email. here's the format we used on the email

is [NVC case number].

I would like to appoint my [husband/wife/myself] as [my/the] agent of
choice to receive all the correspondence from NVC. [His/Her/My]
name and address is:

[if spouse will be choice of agent]
[spouse name]
[spouse address]

All mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning
my immigrant visa application should be send to the
address above. Thank you for your help.

i chose to be the agent since i'm in the US and it will be faster to get the documents from NVC than them mailing it overseas. but since i'm following the shortcut, all i do is wait for the documents to generate, then i overnight or express them. the shortcut will tell you documents that will be coming so you can prepare them early, especially the ones that require your spouse's signatures. not sure how much you can follow since i noticed you are K-3 but there are some similarities with IR/CR and K-3

If you are using the form to send in you must have an original signature....you can not fax or use an email version....however you can email them to as to your choice of agent preference.

Yes, I agree with Jazzy.

Trust me- do not send forms without the orignial signature. It costs lenghtly delays.
As I mentioned in another thread, when we sent our g-325's in with our I130 application, my DH made the mistake of sending copys...after two months of phone calls to the 'mis- information line'- no NOA or cashed cheque our package was sent back for this reason.

My Wife did send the form with original signature from India , She send it by speed post as Fedex and Dhl does not deliver to PO Boxes. Thanks for everyone response, In the mean time my wife did email them for choice of agent.
