Any one know the validation time for I-134?

I prepared I-134 in August 2006 and just get NO2. Do I need notarize a new I-134?

charlesnj46,

You will want the I-134 to contain current information come interview time.

Thanks.

U.S. government form OF 167 indicates that the I-134 should be "of recent date." It further explains that it is unacceptable if more than one year has elapsed since execution (notary date). Thus, it appears that "of recent date" is any date less than one year from the interview.
