I feel so hopeless right now, I filed for AOS and EAD since august and some notices was send but returned by the post offfice as undeliverable. I have called customer service several times in the past 60 days to have it resent but uptil now it hasn't been sent back.

I made an infopass appointment the lady I spoke to only read out what was in the online status for me and said they do not have any more info on my case. She advised me to write a letter to the service center, I've done that already but no response yet and my case status still has not changed.

My major worry now, is that I have a second job interview scheduled for next week and I need to have that document to be considered. Th processing time is about a week past my date.

I spoke to customer service again today and they said I may not even be able to get interim EAD because of the undelivered notices

Does anyone else know what I can do at this point.

Thank you for your help!

Did you move? The post office won't forward mail form USCIS.

If you did move, did you file an I-865? http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

No I did not move, I got the mail for biometrics on the exact same address, I just don't understand why I didn't get the others

hi
do you have your name on the postbox or has your psotman changed ..i know because of my name not being on the inside of the postbox i dont know how many pieces of mail was returned overseas...a friend of mine sent me a parcel an it was returned to her...

i would check with your postman to make sure you are living there now...

I agree 100% with what kath&rob have said!

We received all our mail from USCIS everything from the K1 stuff.. NOA’s everything right up till they sent out my EAD. USPS returned my EAD to USCIS because our name wasn’t on our mailbox! The Customer Service number was useless to us, they didn’t do a thing! We made an infopass appointment and asked that the card be resent; a few weeks later (with our name on the mailbox this time) we got the EAD. At the infopass appointment we asked the officer about having our name on the mailbox and it was confirmed that if our name wasn’t on our mailbox then USPS could return mail sent from USCIS as undeliverable. blink.gif

Good Luck! biggrin.gif
