Praise the LORD! My jatin is coming soon woohooo! In case anyone was wondering I did not know the petitioner also needed an affidative so we were put on hold. October 12th 2006 was his interview on October
19th they receive his papers October 23 I think they still did not know where his papers were and today october 31st they said we have your papers and will take 6 to 7 business days woohooooooooo!
He is coming woohooo! Thank you all who were praying for us or wondering how our visa was doing will update you all again! Byeee for now!

Hi Christina.....Congrats on the wonderful news. I have a couple of questions that you may be able to answer.

- When you said that Jatin had documents missing, was he issued a 221 (g)?
- If so, did he need a re-interview?
- If not, how did you know that his Visa is approved?

Please let me know because my wife got a 221 (g) for her birth affidavit on October 3rd and we're waiting to hear back from the consulate in Mumbai. Thanks a bunch!
