My Fiancee' received the Packet 3 today even though it di dnot uinclude the interview date. I figured out form thier dates that NVC is as much a crock as USCIS. NVC emailed and snail mailed us with receipt dates of 12 Oct and send date of 13 Oct. However the Embast packet stated they received the petition on 11 Oct. All we need now is the interview date. HI there the US Embassy doesn't issue packet 3, however they do issue a pre-appointment letter stating your case number when did they received the packet from the NVC and the paper works you need to prepare.
