aloha all,
i would really like to have some reading material for my fiance, who i hope to have home by christmas.
could anyone suggest any good reads for a newly arrived foriegner. something that is not to difficult to read, but could help my fiance to learn a little bit in advance about america and help her arrival and new life.

perhaps this question has been asked before, but i just wasnt able to find it?

You're the first case I've seen from "Kam pu chi a"
I was able to get a Vietnamese Language DMV driver's manual from Orange County California, in addition to the English version. I wanted my wife to drive ASAP upon arrival in the USA. Plus, she was able to take multi-choice practice tests on the internet.
just one practical idea.
