I am planning on going to the embassy to show my face concerning my husband's visa that is temporarily denied. I want to set an interview with the Immigration Officer or the Ambassador to discuss the case. How do I do that? I have sent the embassy emails and called and have not gotten any response. Should I just get on the embassy's website and set an appointment for a visa?

what do you mean "temporarily denied"?
Which embassy? Most have appointment number to call I believe

why dont you try emailing them and requesting an interview date for yourself - make sure you identify yourself as the US citizen and also give them your case number
