Just called NVC and askd if we were in the system yet after 33 days
and I was prepared to have a hissy fit when she said your case was
forwarded to the embassy today .........almost forgot to write down
my case number.....so happy !!!!!!!!!!!

I called and was told there's no record of my case yet at NVC. I see you waited 33 days, so with me only waiting 14 days, I was being a bit impatient. So, I will call possibly on Wednesday next week. They should have it by then.

I emailed AND called them 2-3 times a week. Today it was bussy for hours but I kept
calling .....wasn't going to give up ...lol... Dialed about 20 times today until I got through.
Hang on, it will be over soon !
Not being found in the system gave me a lot of anxiety, it's that 'noone knows
where my papers are' kind of feeling.
But it will be ok !

I tried to call today on all my breaks on my busy day and I could not get through. So I just sent them an email.

Make sure you talk to a live operator while checking your K1/K3 NVC case number. NVC does not update the IVR the automoted system as K1 or K3 does not stay for a long period of time at NVC.
