Hey I'm new to all this and I was wondering how to go by getting a H-2A temporary Working Certification, I'm currently living in Canada and was wondering if it would be better to go to where I want to work and look for a job that way or phone and see if they can set up something from when I'm up here....

I would suggest you go to the following site (which is more generalised including H1-b, TN-1, etc than VJ which is primarily on marriage-based immigration).
