Can we use the same passport pictures of my fiancee that I initially submitted with my I-129F?she has to send one back with packet 3, and she takes pics to the exam and interview. Do they expire and need to be updated?

Our passport photos were soooooo old.... I crossed out the date and pretended ike I was underlining my fiance's name... oopsies! Still got approved with no RFE's. I amn ot saying that youshould do the same though...... I just wanted to get it sent out.

Good luck!

30 days is the requirement when submitting passport photos with the initial petition but to my knowledge there is nothing in the packets that I have read from consulates that states that passport photos have to also be taken within the past 30 days. Whilst yes I applied for a CR-1, the photo requirements are the same, and I submitted passport photos that where 6 months old as I hadn't changed my appearance to any great degree (few extra gray hairs blush.gif )
If anyone that could cite from a packet they received that stated any specific time requirement, can you let it be known please.

Yes same for us, the passport photo I sent in attached to my fiance's G-325A is the same fhoto that in her passport, the photo was 11 months old.
