Mike and Adriana
After reading in the I-134 instructions, "packet" 3/4 instructions, and posts on this cite, I am still a little unsure as to whether it is necessary to complete two I-134s - one for my wife and one for my 9 year old step-daughter. The instructionns to the I-134 says a separate affadavit must be submitted for each "person." Is "person" supposed to mean the beneficiary, everyone who will immigrate who is of majority age, or everyone who will immigrate (including minor children). I've noticed that the government is not always consistent with its terms. I also know that minor children are also often not considered "separate" for their parent.

Does anyone know for sure? Or should I prepare a I-134 for both of them, just to make sure?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Prepare 2 I-134s 1 for wife and 1 for step daughter, since there are 2 visa cases involved K3 and K4.
