ill be moving to a new place before i will file my petition.
the address on my marriage contract is my old address.
would there be a problem since ill be using my new adress now upon my initial petition application for my wife.?
do i need to inidicate that i had a new adress?

No problem there, it is good that you are sending the paperwork in after changing address so that your new address is on the petition, it is very hard to change it after the petition is sent in.
Many, many people post their nightmares of how hard it is to change their address while the visa petition is being processed.
So once you send in the I-130 don't change you address again it will only cause you problems.
