Hello all,
I remember reading somewhere my fiancee will have six months to enter the US once she gets her K1 and then 90-days for us to get married. When she called the consulate, she thinks they said she'd have three months to cross and then the 90-days. Does anyone know which is accurate? Thanks!

K visas are valid for a single entry and a 6-month period. One would think the consulate would know that.

My husbands visa was issued on December 18 2005 and expired on June 14 2006. ( 6 months) and then an additional 90 days from the exact date of his entry into the USA.

on his I-94 it states admitted in USA December 29 2005 and expires March 29 2006.
