Hi all again, Please help me, I need of an advice or opinion helpsmilie.gif crying.gif

The first time my husband visited in brazil he got 8 days april 15th - 23th and we got engaged> The second time my husband got 10 days July 10th - 20th ( we got married). The two time he got in my parent's house. What is the date I can put in this question?

Can I write that he got from 10th july to 20 th july or from 15th april to 23th april or from 15th april to 10th july?

Thank you soo much
riblet
I would think the answer would be N/A - my husband and I have never technically lived together - just extended visits, so we put N/A.

Its not a "date" question for one thing, its an address question. And riblet is correct. You have Not lived together, you've just spent vacations together. Answer for that question is "N/A"

Mona Lisa,

The fact that you and your husband have not yet lived together does not mean that the question is not applicable, it means that the appropriate answer is 'we have not yet lived together'.

Many international couples, especially those who met on vacation or on the internet, have not lived together.

wow this is an interesting question and answer. I origionaly had thought that this aould be an N/A anwswer....but the answer of not yet living together really makes sense. Can we get "the" correct answer to this question? I have not yet completed i130 forms yet. thank you very much fellow vjers!!

I stand by my answer of N/A - the question does not apply to me because my husband and I have never lived together therefore, not applicable. But I don't see how either answer could make a difference.

There is also the question regarding where the beneficiary intends to live, which should of indicates that he/she intends to live with the U.S. spouse.

I put N/A on our forms and got thru everything fine

For where you intend to live, you put the address where your spouse currently lives.

Yep, N/A is the answer.
