I dont understand how it works!!!help me please! helpsmilie.gif

I will send I-130 with G-325A
1) What Do I have to write in G-325A on this question: "This form is submitted in connection with the aplication for": Other: I-130? , I-129F? or K3?

When I start the I-129F, will I have to complete the G-325A form again?
2) If yes, What will i write in G-325A on the same question above? Other: I-130? , I-129F? or K3?

3) What does it mean ( Question 18 - Part B of I-129F): "Has your fiance met and seen you within the two years period immediately receding the filing this petition?"
In the Guide is wrote "answer Questions B.17 and B.18 by stating "N/A." Note that filing this form is only necessary to facilitate the entry of your spouse and her or his child as a nonimmigrant"
What have I write? Someone have some idea?

I trust in the power of love and I bet you too!
Thank you soo much
Reba
See the Example Forms

Yes, you have to send the G325A with both sets of forms. 4 copies for each person. If you fill them on-line you only need to type it once, it carries over to the next 3 pages (or at least did when I did ours years ago)

The question about have you seen each other in the past 2 years is a requirement for the Fiancee visa. They want to know that a petitioner has at least met their intended more than once in the past 2 years otherwise they will no approve the petition. For a spousal K3 petition, its not as important, but just answer Yes, if you have seen each other sometime between now and October 2004.

Thank you sooo much Rebeca. Do I have to send together with these papers a cover letter explaining that the I-130 petition is being submitted with the intention of applying for a K3 visa? Has someone a model of that? has it be notarized? What May I write?

A cover letter is optional, but can be helpful. It does not have to mention a K3 at all - that would be confusing - just state that you are filing a I130. I believe there is an example in the guides - and no it does not have to be notarized.
