Now a quick question.. my wife has changed her address since the papers were initially filed.. do I need to notify someone as to the address change?

Hey, glad to hear you got some good news at last! Yes, her address is an issue, since she'll be receiving documents. I don't know the drill, but would imagine you have to notify everybody: USCIS, NVC, etc. As a stopgap measure, you might have her mail forwarded by the post office, in case anything falls through the cracks.
