Full Version: returned forms to uscis
The automated machine of NVC today says that the case has been sent back to uscis and we should inquire with them, now the same machine was saying the forms were sent (never recieved). What does this mean?

What case? What forms? Maybe you could provide a tiny bit more info and fill in your timeline?

the case was approved at uscis on 8/31/06. NVC issued a case # and the automated machine said the forms affidavit of support and agent choices were mailed. but I never received it. today when checking the machine again, it says the case was sent back to USCIS and any inquiry must be done with them
Sooooo??? Did you do what the "machine" told you to do and inquire with USCIS as to what the problem is or if its just a mistake?

Its just that it is very unusual for NVC to return forms isnt it. I wonder if this happened to anyone before.
