I have filled out my husband's EAD paperwork, but haven't done the AOS yet. I know that you can submit the two concurrently but I'm still waiting for some documents that need to go with the AOS that we don't need for the EAD so I'd just like to send out the EAD right away. If I send them separately does that cause any delays? Have people found that sending the EAD concurrently with the AOS gets an approval faster or is there no difference at all?

As he came on a K3 he is entitled to appy for EAD without filling for AOS it will be processed the same way as any other EAD but the fact you can file before you do for AOS gives you an advanced start....
