My fiancee did her medical today and they told her to come back on the Nov 16th, 2006. Her interview date is Nov. 9th, 2006. How does this affect her interview and visa application. Please respond if you have an idea. Thanks.

Most often it takes about two weeks to get all the medicals at the embassy. All the same, if for some reason they're not there on the day of interview, you'll be given another appointment by which time everything might have been completed.
Rule of thumb: Make sure to be present at the embassy on the original appointment date no matter what happens. Good Luck!

Should not be a big deal. Someone i know had to return to the clinic a week after interview date. Interview was conducted and visa approved but not issued pending final review of the medical test. Apparently there were some shots needed and they had to be spaced apart.

Eventually after receiving the complete shots, visa was issued.

Incomplete vaccination is the usual suspect in such scenario when person is asked to return after a week or two. Sometimes the spacing can even be longer but usually this does not affect the outcome of the interview. It does delay, however, any plans of immediate travel after interview.

Are you bringing suya back or not?? Okay, fine...Chin-Chin then........ laughing.gif

Just to add.. for information purpose only....the medical test can be conducted and concluded in a single day. This is the usual case when most vaccinations are complete (and records available) prior to the clinic visit.
