I just thought I'd let people know that I was approved on Oct. 12, yesterday I emailed NVC to see if they have received my case and they responded saying that it has already been forwarded to the Bolivia US embassy. I know people have been asking so I thought I'd let everyone know.

I was approved Oct 12 also, and i called NVC and they haven't even received mine yet, I cannot figure this process out. But, you give me hope.

So is this the only way to check the status (ie phone or email) to see if NVC has your case once it has been approved? There is no on-line status like there is for your I-129F?

I have heard some say they've had to call and I just thought I'd try email because it's less labor intensive. I don't think there is any way to figure this stuff out. I'm hoping it's true but they gave me the NVC number and said to contact the embassy if I have further questions so I'm assuming it's true. I thought that was really fast for what others have been posting but yea for me I guess. I haven't received any email notices or anything in the mail, just the reply from NVC.

WoW! Congrats on the speedy movement! I was also approved on Oct 12 and it hasnt been receivd by NVC yet.

I was approved October 5 and after 3 weeks, NVC has no information regarding our case!

Still waiting .....approved 9/28......not in NVC system. Very frustrating

for some reason its taking about 4-5 weeks from NOA2 to NVC. but dont worry, once NVC receives it, things speed up!

I was approved on Oct 6th and my file was fwd'd to consulate on October 24th.
