Hey Fellows,
Any advice on which (I864 or I 864E) should be sent in. I want to use James short cut, to save some time, I am not sure which form NVC will require.
Any advice....?

Either one is acceptable. I-864EZ is designed for the simple case where there is one sponsor that has more than enough income to not rely on additional funds like assets.

i used the I-864EZ and my affidavit of support was reviewed in only 1 week.
