I wanted to know when you are completing the DS-156 forms and the DS-157 in forms in packet 3 if there are any questions that does not apply to your fiance(e) on either forms are you able to leave it blank or put N/A or what would you write? Thank you for any help in advance.

If you don't have an answer in the item don't leave it blank put N/A or NONE goodluck!
