Finally our NVC approved K1 VISA petition is on its way to the Manila embassy. However, I am dreading the thought that she has already an approved petition at the embassy in which her mom filed but has yet to received her VISA. Now has anyone been in her situation and if so, was there a conflict with having two petitions on hand? If so what happened?
