Ok, i'm a little confused and would like some help here please.

I assume that I will need a co-sponser. I have been in school until March of this year and so my previous year's incomes are not sufficient because of that. This year I am making enough, however, because It is not a full year of income, I will not meet the guideline.

I am considering asking my sister to be the co-sponser. Her family is Her, Her husband, and their daughter. Do i figure their income by 3 people? Or do i have to include my fiance?

Then, What do i need to ask her for? Does she need the exact things that i would need for the sponser?

We will be going thru the Juarez consulate, and so i know that their requirements are a little different and they use a different form, however I think that the basics are the same.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Danielle

I'm mainly replying because no one else has yet, because I don't know anything about Mexico.
Maybe someone else can chime in.
The co-sponsor must have enough income for their family PLUS your fiance.
Also, depending on the consulate, it's possible that if you have had a good job since March with proof of nearly sufficient income, or income that would be sufficient if you'd had the job all year, that MIGHT be OK.
You should have a co-sponsor for backup, definitely.
Your co-sponsor will have to turn in everything that you'll have to turn in. There's information about this in the guides, or perhaps on the website of the Juarez consulate.
Good luck!

your sister will need to fill out the same form as you(yes you still need to fill out a aff. of support form with tax info) and her tax info as well....and include her family as well as your fiancee since she will be "supporting" him...
but on the other hand if you are working and making above the poverty line you might not need a sponser at all... i am kind of in the same situation as you... my 05 tav return not above porverty line because i had changed jobs..it it's a long story...but the job i am working at i have been for over a year and i asked my lawyer and he said i should be fine because i am making more then enough at present time...so it is up to you in the end....if you haven't been working this job longer then a year it might be safe to get your sister...just my thoughts
