I'm just wondering what happens to Yellow123's case. I have not seen him online for a while. I'm still waiting for answer from HCM Consulate. I got same response "not up for review, we'll let know when we make our decision" every time I called. Does any1 have any good news from HCM Consulate?

I have not heard a word out of the Visa Unit in HCMC. My attorney in HCMC says our petition is not subject to AR because it was reaffirmed by NSC and the Consulate has had it since July 14 of this year. My attorney did say our petition is in the pipeline?

What does pipeline mean?

He (congressman) did get the ball rolling after NVC sent it on to HCMC... NVC said we sent it on to HCM, HCM saying we've yet to receive it... For heaven sake you have been in limbo an awful long time as well... What gives there?

I did not follow your case very closely, but I just read your timeline and your case seems to be very complicated. Are you still waiting for final decision from the HCM Con?
