thanks guys, been offline for a few days... yes was looking at insuance to cover me in the states as I assume it will be a while before I am working and on some kind of plan. My fiance's work contributes to his insurance but the price to add me to his after we are married is astronomical. Thought it may be cheaper to get cover for myself for 6 months or so . Thanks, Ill have a look in the Aussie thread, and Ill PM Stella.

stewart had some kind of travel insurance that covered him for 3 months. He's asleep but when he wakes up i'll ask him what it was smile.gif
