Hey all ... I just thought i would post quickly about my POE experience ... I drove across the Peace Arch crossing Friday afternoon into Blaine WA .. It was so fast ( 15 min ) and 0 hassle .. When i pulled up to the gate and said we needed to activate visa's the guard gave us an orange ticket said to park and go inside .. we went up to the desk ( window ) and the guard opened our packets ( me and my kids K2's ) took my fingerprints / picture gave us our I94's and off we went ... He asked where we would be living , joked with my kids for a few min. They didn't even glance @ our luggage .. We stayed the night by SeaTac before getting on a plane to come to Pennsylvania .. All in all security @ the airport was a way bigger hassle then the POE

I went through the same POE with a similar experience. Easy peasy.
